Return & Exchange Policy

At Super Kitty Cats, we want you and your feline friends to be 100% happy. We’ve updated our policies to give you more peace of mind and faster service.

30-Day Returns (Change of Mind)

If you change your mind, you can return your items within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Return Cost: To keep our product prices competitive, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
  • Condition: Items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in resaleable condition.
  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a full refund for the product price. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Global Shipping & Delivery

To bring you unique products at the best prices, we ship directly from our fulfillment centers.

  • Delivery Timeline: Orders typically arrive within 10–20 days. We appreciate your patience as we ensure your items cleared for international transit.
  • Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships so you can monitor its journey from our floor to your door.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, we will fix it immediately at no cost to you.

  • Reporting: Please notify us within 72 hours of delivery at support@superkittycats.com.
  • Required Info: Please include your Order Number and clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item.
  • Resolution: We will prioritize a replacement or issue a full refund based on your preference.

Lost Packages

If a package is confirmed lost by the courier, we will issue a full refund or a free replacement. Please report any non-delivery issues within 30 days of your shipping date.

Exceptions

We cannot accept returns for the following:

  • Personalized/Custom Orders: Items uniquely made for you or your pet.
  • Gift Cards: Non-refundable.
  • Final Sale Items: Only items explicitly marked "Final Sale" are ineligible. Standard sale and discounted items are still covered by our 30-day policy.
