RETURNS POLICY – Change of mind?
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee – so don’t worry, we got you covered!

If you are not satisfied with your purchase(s), we are happy to accept returns within 14 days for any reason.

However, the item must be in original condition and unused with its packaging completely intact. The package may not show any use in order to qualify for a refund.

You will be responsible for return shipping costs - shipping is not covered within our Return Policy.

Upon receipt of the parcel and if assessed that the product is in perfect condition and unopened we will provide you with a full refund, minus the utilized shipping and processing fee.

A refund will be issued via the original payment method.

  • Item name
  • Share with us the reason
  • Supporting photos

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the instructions on how and where to send your package.

Exceptions / non-returnable items:

Certain types of items are not eligible for our return policy. Please refer to the list below here:

  • custom products such as special orders or personalized items.
  • best priced, sale items, discounted items, items purchased with gift cards.

Exchange or Replacement

Below are scenarios that entitles for replacement:

  • Package was lost in transit (Item in transit is not considered lost until courier confirmed it is lost). Case must be raised within 30 days from the date of shipping.
  • Item was delivered damaged (Super Kitty Cats must be notified within 24 hrs after item has been delivered)
  • Item was delivered different from what was ordered (Super Kitty Cats must be notified within 24 hrs after item has been delivered)

*We reserves the right to reject any replacement/refund request if the shipping address was provided to us wrongly, and the package was shipped to the wrong address.
