For regular-priced items, we have a 7-days return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item, to request a return.

Please send us the image of the parcel shipped along with the tracking number within 7 days after receiving the return approval. The return request will be voided if we do not receive the tracking information by then.
Once we received and verified the return, a refund will be processed to your mode of payment.
Exceptions / non-returnable items:
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns on sale/discounted items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Please note that items are not eligible for a refund due to size or measurement issues if the shipped item is the same variant/size as you ordered. In case the size/variant issue is due to us, we accept exchange or refund requests.
We are also not responsible for any refund if the shipping address was provided to us wrongly, and the package was shipped to the wrong address.
